Over the past couple of months, we’ve been taking some time to reflect, self-educate and listen in an effort to find ways we can actively help dismantle systemic racism, uplift and make space for BIPOC voices, diversify our hiring practices, and confront our own inherent white privilege.
We’re going to make mistakes and we know this is an ongoing journey, not a destination. But, as artists, we find strength in vulnerability, power in sensitivity, and growth on the other side of the uncomfortable. This is important to us.
